More Water
More Sleep
The amount needed varies from person to person, but getting enough sleep is incredibly important to staying healthy and happy. Sleep helps your body recover and repair itself. It can help improve your mood, concentration, memory, and even your relationships! Lack of sleep can cause a number of health issues, including weight gain and depression. Breaks and Exercise
You there, person reading this: how long have you been sitting down? Stretch your muscles, go for a walk, do some bad dancing. Your brain will work a lot better if you take a beat and move around. Even short breaks of 5 minutes at a time can be incredibly beneficial to your concentration and productivity – not to mention your physical health!
So many of us suffer from headaches, grogginess, fatigue, lack of concentration – the list goes on and on. These things prevent us from functioning as well as we could day to day. But don’t worry, these issues are often easier to fix than we think. Some of the habits above might seem obvious, but you’d be surprised by how frequently they are overlooked. So give them a try; your body will thank you for it!
